Anyone have any experience using Interlux Interstain on okoume deck?
I'm considering Chris Craft Red Mahogany for a classic wood boat look with a hull painted white and chrome hardware wherever possible. Thoughts?

RE: Interlux interstain?
If it's an oil base stain you shouldn't use epoxy over it. Not compatible. Berlin is a water based stain. You can also use aniline dyes with alcohol but the water based stains are easier to get an even coat.

I have not used Interlux, but have used Behlin as recommended by CLC. They sell it also. Read this by Nick: https://www.clcboats.com/shoptips/finishing-tips/staining-your-kayak.html
I used the Behlin red on my Petrel Play.
