Start at the cockpit and work slowly forwards, this will force the lateral curve into the deck,and carry it as far forward as possible before flattening out.
Try a dry run first, then when you're happy with your method undo it and mix some epoxy. Don't expect it to be stress-free
I struggled with the deck on my CH17, helped with advice from here.
After studying the bows of many CH17s I decided the decks were all slightly different shapes right at the bow.
Just go gently with ratchet straps if you use them, the ply can split along the edge of the strap. Yes, I wasn't careful enough, although the damage is almost invisible.
