Oxford II advice, bubbles under joint tape

Yesterday we epoxied in the fiberglass tape over the fillets on the deck and hull of an Oxford II. Along the keel I have a goodly number or small bubbles that have formed under the tape.

I am looking for advice on whether I should get busy fixing these and if so should I remove the tape and do it over or should I just just leave them alone.

I can't see the images but during class it was recommended we remove the bubbles.  They come out pretty easy with a sharp chisel.  There was one I missed and epoxied in forever I'm still planning to fix, basically those bright white bubbles will show up pretty bright if youre going to varnish.

I am having a hard time wrapping my head around posting images here.

There are small  (1/4" and smaller) bubbles under the fiberglass along the bottom joint/keel. This will all be sealed behind bulkheads when the boat is complete, so aesthetically it is a moot point. But for the longevity of the boat and structural integrity I am wondering if it is worth while to cut that length of tape out and redo it.

There are definitely different types of bubbles so a pic might be best here

Does this one work here?    https://photos.app.goo.gl/6iSJFMqZ2cMewUE1A

Ah yea,  so as I understand the risk will be water accumulating in those bubbles.  I'm not sure if there's an expert way to fix them but I basicallty used a razor and chisles to cut out the top of those and then filled them with epoxy and I can't notice anywhere I filled after.
