Zenon you ought to take a look at the Builders' Club listings here. Pick a few designs you think may be suitable for your needs, see if there may be someone close to you who's built one.

   Thanks spclark.  However the search seems to only for the US zip codes.  I picked a border town's zip code and gave it a big radius, and I got nothing local.  Nothing even in Canada, which is weird.  It should have captured a huge swath of Southern Ontario.  I've seen other members from Southern Ontario posting on here.  Oh well.
