I am buildind a woodduck 10, and just glued the puzzle joints, they seemed to be fine but when i checked them after hardening the underside on some did not match completely, i can feel a ridge where they join. Is this something that can be sanded out or should i try to reset them?thanks dave

If the ridge is greater than the thickness of the veneer you could sand them smooth. If it's greater than that, you can hit them with a heat gun/blow dryer and reset the joint.
