Q on the order of things.

My pram is progressing well. I plan on leaving the inside bright and painting the lapstrake panels on the outside.

Just to make sure I understand since I want to finish the inside to a high standard. Before applying any unthickened epoxy to the inside I should sand from 80, and work up to 220 until everything is ultra smooth, correct?

Then build up several thin coats of unthickened epoxy, sanding 220 in between?

I really want my inside to look like this!
