With the epoxy already cured, you have two choices: First, apply "bondo" (actually, microballoons set in epoxy is the preferred "bondo" mix). Or, second, if the deck isn't on yet, you can actually slit the keel seam in the affected area with a saber saw, adjust the panels, and re-apply an epoxy fillet from the inside.

I've done both and the second is the preferred approach because it'll be invisible even if the whole hull is varnished.
