Wanted: Mill Creek 16.5 P

Does anyone have plans for the Mill Creek 16.5 that I might buy for use as Study Plans? I don't need the manual.

I am looking only for the basic lines of the hull & hull panels (dimensioned) that I could alter with 3D CAD. I want to build an electric boat, and I'm thinking of widening it slightly, increasing the freeboard slightly, eliminating much of the decking and designing an all new interior stucture.
