Jon,

I ordered just plans. I intend to make quite a few changes; I think I'll at least raise the freeboard some and eliminate quite a bit of the decking. I'll change the interior structure to add two rails for mounting adjustable seats, a sliding seat, a trolling motor control unit and an electric drive mount.

This will be used on a calm lake, and I want more of the characteristics of a canoe.

I had thought about widening it 2" or 3", but maybe I'll not mess around with that.

Did you have fun doing the hull??
