Rich,,I found out fast that 90% of the seats out there will make my feet numb in 20minutes. Once I figured out the shape that worked,,that's what I did,,carve a seat or mold one. Your average plastic molded seat like the Kayaksport can work with a Thermarest seat pad tossed in barely inflated. For Rogers NBxl a block of 3" minicell cut and reglued to fit the bottom of the hull will make a nice 3" deep seat. As opposed to carving a 3" block to fit the hull leaving less than 2" at the edges/hips.
