weave showing

I started me Lt17 two years ago and I,am looking forward to putting it in the water this spring. I sanded down the epoxy using 180 grit and was plannig to finish with 220 to remove any swirls.There are a few very tiny shiny dots in one area and the weave can be seen in a few spaces. When I washed it down the weave seem to disappear.Can I varish now or should I cover the weave and resand.If so can just cover two wide over to weave
