A Maine skerry launched

Lark was launched this morning on the high tide in Basin Cove, Harpswell, Maine -- right in front of our house. Aboard were builders Jock and Elizabeth and our daughter Rose (5) who has watched, and participated in, the whole process for the last 9 months. The skerry rows like a dream -- we even tried our hands at double rowing! Jock is hard at work on the sail rig right now in hopes of getting her out with the sail up for this evening's high tide. Any other skerry launchings on the east coast?
