I could say I lied and let it go at that but since you pressed the button here it is.

"Well, in all of the hundreds of discussions I riffled thru' NOBODY had ever seen a bamboo kayak,or a picture of a bamboo kayak or a web site that had info about bamboo kayaks either strip or SOF."

That is the entire sentence. And it is true to the best of my knowledge. It referes to, "all of the hundreds of discussions I riffled thru'" on this site; http://www.kayakforum.com/KayakBuilding/Archive.shtml That site has in excess of 80,000 threads. If I missed anything I would be pleased if you pointed it out.
