You'll want it warmer than that. A tent would be strongly advised.
Epoxy really is activated by temperature. In my experience the chemistry pretty much quits below 50-55 degrees, and I'm never sure it gets to full strength unless there was a subsequent "cooking" session at 80 degrees or more.
Think of a simple tent with a string of lightbulbs beneath it:
