Oops, now what do I do?

So, I bought a kayak kit on-line. I had it shipped and started to build. I had wanted a really light weight kayak to throw on and off the roof of my Jeep. So I purchased a Chesapeake 14. I had just gotten to the point where it looked like a kayak, when the nice people at CLC sent me a catalog. As I was perusing the catalog, I noticed a chart comparing all the kayaks and it listed weight and shoe sizes maximums. The Chesapeake 14 is for a child, 135 pounds and size 8 shoe. Im 200 pounds and size 13 shoe. I'm having fun building it, but.. What are my options, other than sell or give away?
