CH 16 capacity

Hello. We are heading out on a week long paddle and I am lending my CH 16 to a friend. The boat is rated to carry 260lbs total. Anyone ever carried more, say 300lbs? My friend is 'large' and we will need close to 100lbs for the week with water. I would appreciate any info. Thanks
