nails on the deck

So the deck is on. Just finished sanding everything so ready for fiberglass. However, many of the nails are still proud of the deck. What can I do to smooth this out, or can I just do this after glssing the deck? Does it need to be taken care of before glassing??

Seems like everything else is ready to go.
