Just measure the boat. Figure how much length and width you need for your deck pieces. Be sure to measure over the deck crown not straight and flat across the beam. Now lay it out on your plywood. For my Mill Creek 13 the cut was not corner to corner diagonal but offset from one corner to an edge. Once you have it laid out then hold it on the boat to check - both halves - before you cut. Do the plans show the layout?? Mine did.
