Being built entirely outdoors, my boat was dropped twice. The damage was entirely obvious, one crack and one hole. The hole was sawn square and plugged, with a second piece of plywood behind it an inch bigger an all directions. The crack was taped and epoxied on the inside, of course under the outside glass. Yes, I was pretty burned up with myself when I did it.
