Dropped Boat!!!!
Posted by Jay on Apr 25, 2004
Okay, crying in my Polygamy Porter beer right now.
Finally got back to my boat after a long break. Just doing the rear end pour and then the footpegs. Well in doing the endpour, my dam started leaking. So I rushed the boat outside and brought it bow up. Let the schmoo or whatever, go back were it's supposed to...and the boat fell!!!!!! CH17LT. Guess that's about a 17 foot drop!!!!!. Other than a few scratches, I have a cracked shear clamp at the cockpit area. I'm a little concerned about the damage I don't see. Any ideas?
I was thinking that I might fill the boat up with water, before putting the deck on to see if I can find any cracks. Other ideas???

Any help is appreciated, Jay
