I dont know if anyone mentioned this but, If you buy the Norton discs and hook your Random orbit sander up to a shop vac, you can seriouusly prolong the life of your sanding discs (when sanding epoxy/fiberglass)...which is a big deal because sanding is such a big part of the job. I did notice that someone above used 100 220 discs building a boat...ouch. Use the good discs (Norton) and vacum the dust...get a long vacum hose and put the vacume outside if possible...it will help with the noise and the dust.
