Shearwater hatch sill/rim

I tried looking at Shawn W's SW pix (my first reference for any questions that I might have) but couldn't see what I was looking for.

Is this the correct positioning of the hatch rims vs. the hatch sill? Note that I have not yet sized the hatch spacer, so you can see its edge is not yet flush with the shear panels. I want to make sure I understand where everything goes before I do that.
