side panel "cupped"

My Chesapeake 17 is stitched up and looks pretty good, except one side panel is "cupped" or slightly concave from the shears to the bottom of the panel. If I put a small wood block on the panel the ends touch the panel and the middle has a slight gap (approx. 1/8 inch). On the other side of the boat, the opposite is true (middle of block touches, and ends have slight gap). Any ideas?
