Julian,

You can buy graphite from either West System or System Three. If you have a West Marine near you, they can order the West System in for you. You can follow the instructions on the package, or you can go with a ratio of 25-30% graphite and 5% silica per amount of epoxy. So if you're mixing 8oz. of epoxy, put in 2oz. of graphite and 1/2oz. of silica.
