Are they gummed up with thick or crystalline epoxy? If so, You might be able to simply warm them up to clear them. I've cleared pumps that way. Warm the whole pot to 80 degrees or so, and pump some epoxy through. You can put it back in the pot if it looks OK.

How to heat? A regular lamp will do it, overnight.
