Parke,

Coupla questions:

When you put on the first two coats, were you applying straight from the can?

And, if not how long was the can open?

Now, yes, I would try to add a thinning agent and stir, stir, stir.

I believe Epipahes is supposed to be thinned to varying degrees with each coat, so your dealer should have the correct stuff.

Don't dispair - thick and lumpy is salvageable - just look at me!
