Hi,

I pretty much did the same thing as the builder in these pictures did... I used "T Nuts" (example: http://www.stafast.com/products/utnut.html) on the underside of a strip of plywood for each brace... The strips of plywood were then epoxied into place inside the yak...

Just get it right the first time... Once that epoxy cures, there ain't no changing your mind.
