Are the bumps lighter in color? If yes, they are air-filled voids. If they're smaller than a dime or so, you may ignore them or you can scrape or sand them off and either coat the area with more epoxy coats, or epoxy in a small patch.

Don't know if a heavy roller is necessary. Most voids can with be pushed down with a gloved finger after the epoxy has set up a bit. A few will be stubborn and require the sand/scrape treatment.
