For informational purposes...Rob White of Georgia, a boatbuilder, heats the boat under cover or in the shop to about 125 degrees after the boat is assembled and all joindery complete. Then he epoxies the whole thing in a marathon session of coating with the epoxy. The result is that there is no outgassing. In fact, the opposite happens due to capilary action. The epoxy gets sucked into every nook and cranny as the setup cools.

The stitch and glue process would naturally call for a different technique. You would have to heat the individual parts before assembly and pre coat,then assemble the pre-coated parts as per instruction, but this would certainly eliminate outgassing.

Wooden boat did an article about Rob a few years back and detailed this technique if anybody is nterested.
