Thanks for the replies. The magnets look very interesting and so do the Moby Latches. Both appear to be very cleanly done methods of holding the hatches in place tho I'm having a hard time reading the Moby Hatch instructions. More decisions...

In the interest of getting to launch before Thanks giving I might go ahead and set up for flush hatches and use Duck Tape till I can make up my mind.
