I'm not ready to throw in the towel yet... Sand the faces of the scarfs with 100-grit paper. Then, scrub the surfaces with a strong solvent like lacquer thinner (not to be confused with paint thinner or mineral spirits).

I'm sure it's frustrating to have a blip at this early stage, but overall this is a forgiving process and we'll get through this.

If all else fails, have a pint and call us on Monday morning.
