Thks, Doug, will do. Noah's Marine, a Cdn supplier of Nick's plans and kits, actually offers the precut forms for $185 Cdn plus tax and shipping. If the plans show full sized outlines for the forms, they s/b easily cut from MDF at quite a savings. Either way you have to build the beam of the strong back.

Oh, BTW gentle folk, thank's for not pointing out my calling Cove and Bead, Bead and Cove. Same as calling the flooring Groove and Tongue.

Sigh, I have soooo much to learn.......
