Aaron, at this point I don't know what to tell you as I do not have the expertese of some of the others. Could temperature be effecting the epoxy before it cures. My simular symptoms started with the warm (80's to mid 90's f) temp's. Around here it is not "officially" hot until it hits triple digits. Those days the hull is "hot" to the touch, maybe thinning the epoxy in contact with the hull more than that open to the air. Maybe far out as my application is also with a squeegee. RogerJ
