Re: switched to a warning

I and a couple of friends ended up with a $60.00 tickets for tresspassing in the ferry slip at Ellis Island, New York Harbour,last year. Didn't see the warning sign sitting back from the top of the 16' sea wall and the park rangers accused us of paddling a kayak full of explosives. I tried to point out that a kayak filled in such a manner would probably sink, but they weren't amused.
