I hope you've been able to read my thank you's from yesterday evening.

In your paddling technique descriptions last week you were pointing out the damage caused by bad form to various unevolved parts of our anatomies.

After 8 collective miles of paddling by an old worn out body that gets stiff from tying his shoes, I'm delighted to report ZERO soreness!

Between the obvious performance inprovements evidenced on the water over the weekend, and the lack of pain this morning, I think you can safely say, "By Jove, I think he's got it!"

Now I think I'll *critique* that paddling video when it arrives. (Ya think the boy's got a swelled head? A runaway ego?)

Any tips on tying my shoes?
