now that makes sense, a coated nylon dry bag encloser with small fastek buckles,but the next question is where things are being stowed under the skirt to make them accesible. I could imagine making a little sleeve for a pump and leaving it at that but that starts making foot pumps a good idea. This is starting to read like "If you give a Moose a cookie".
