Rudder Cord

Finally got the Ches 18 done and in the water! Putting on the rudder... a Seal Line Smart Track that has a single rudder cord with a jam Cleat. Brain has taken a vacation as I am trying not to have the cord dangle when the rudder is raised. (spring in rudder helps pull it to lowered position)

Any ideas?
