You will never be charged until you have agreed to the shipping costs.

 

 

International Shipping Details

We ship overseas orders daily.  We work with a variety of carriers to find the best rates for each shipment, whether it be a kit, plans, or any combination of merchandise.

When ordering online, you will be prompted to agree to shipping fees up to a certain amount during checkout.  Often this will expedite order processing and shipment by eliminating unnecessary email exchanges about shipping costs.  If the cost of shipping your order is within the amount you have agreed to, we can adjust your order and ship it right out without having to wait for your approval. Do not assume that you will be charged the full amount that you have agreed to; we will only charge you the fees appropriate to your shipment.  

For example, most of our Plans & Manual sets weigh in around 3 lbs and can be shipped overseas for under $40.  If you agree to shipping fees up to $40, we'll be able to process your order immediately, but you will only be charged $23 to Canada, $33 to France, $34 to Japan, or $37 to Australia.  (These rates are examples and may change at any time.)

If the actual shipping charges exceed the amount you have agreed to, we will email you with the costs and await your approval before processing the order.
