My Tendery will live year-round on davits.  Are there recommended attachment points or any modifications I should make during the build?  I am planning to add a drain plug to the transom.

For my Eastport Pram I used the handles in the bow and transome as lifting points and this worked well for a number of years but I'd like to improve on that for this new boat.
