Hello builders, I have one set of plans that I bought from Bill Short back in the last century along with a magazine with an article . Also included are plans for the original Pelican. Although I never built the boat I am loathe to toss the plans in the recycling bin. I will send them for the cost of mailing + a large envelope which comes to $7 . Although the boat was built using screw and glue I think that there wouldn't be a problem building it with stitch and tape.
