I am repairing a v bottom runabout. On bending plywood to form to the ribs, what it the smallest radius that I can bend without stressing plywood to a cracking point?

���I think he means bending the ply to existing frames. Depends on the shape but should work. Might need some steam or laminate thinner layers if radical curves like a North Carolina sport fisherman with big flares.

You're right, I missed the word "to" and thought he was talking about bending the ribs, not the planking. Must have coffee!

According to this, for generic plywood it's 8 to 16 feet. Even though okoume is more flexible than generic pine, it's going to be in the same ballpark.
If it was me and I wanted to use plywood, I'd make sawn frames instead.
