I am in the early stages of building a NE Dory and quickly discovered how important it is to get the consistency of epoxy with filler added, just right.  Too thin when bonding and it runs and squeezes out, too thick and it is hard to spread.  One man's idea of a mayonnasie consistency is another's peanut butter.  So doing some research i found this pretty neat chart on the West System website that I thought might be useful to others.
