Epoxy Shelf Life

I have had to stow my half completed CH17LT away unitl spring. Other commitments are keeping me from working on it and the Canadian winter is fast approaching. It will soon be too cold to work in the garage.

I have enough epoxy to complete the boat, but will it be still OK to use in the sping?
