Back Band

Can I get some advice on installing a Rapid Pulse backband, please. I can figure the bungie placement by the CLC manual but I can not figure on how many inches it should be from the coaming lip when attached. Is there a general rule of thumb? I think LeeG posted on this awhile back but I can't find it, naturally. Any installation guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. You old pros are great.
