Thanks for all of the good advice. No problems with CLC, they just aren't exactly local; I've spent oodles of money with them for the kit, extra epoxy ;-), deck glass, footbraces, more epoxy, paint, varnish, primer, extra wood flour, still even MORE epoxy! (Next time I'm just going to make a square mold, fill it with epoxy and carve out my kayak!) I'll likely spend more, just seeing how much stuff I can get around town. It's more fun to improvise and see how many tools I can acquire for ripping plywood and sheer clamsp. :D
