stretched MC13

If I stretch the plans from a Mill Creek 13 out to 17-17.5 feet and leave the widths alone, will I get a fair hull, similar to the MC 16.5 but a bit narrower? I am looking for a rowing hull with a bit less drag that can also be used as a double kayak when I want one. Thanks. Randy
