Lloyd, The exact same thing has happened to me. It wasn't apparent until I flipped the hull over. It really bugs me even though everyone says it won't matter. I think next time I will flip the hull over and take a good look before filleting. Perhaps even tabbing a bit in the V groove along the keel. I had looked underneath to site the keel prior to filleting but obviously didn't pick up the little bulge. If you try to build up w/ epoxie how will that affect the final finish? I'm planning on a bright finish. Peter
