Fore hatch.

About 1/4" gap on each side.

I will call this morn.

Correct frames used.

It is 2" farther fore than the manual side tip states. That could be it.

I think it might be easier to just make a new one. I can't sand the epoxy off the top side due to an image of a bald eagle I had someone burn onto it. I fear if I bend it now the epoxy will crack in time.
