Re: 'Glassing Question

Norm, I just glassed my MC13 hull yesterday afternoon. Using a dry squeegee to simply flatten & smooth the cloth on the hull before epoxy application works extremely well. Not knowing exactly what to expect time-wise, I faced the wet-coat application with a bit of trepidation as I got a late start in the afternoon. I was surprised how fast it actually went after 10-15 minutes of getting a feel for it. Used the squeegees for the whole thing great coverage and no bare spots. Whole first coat process start to finish (incl. draping the hull) was something around 2 1/2 hours. Rolled on a second fill coat this morning in about 15-20 minutes. good luck. Dean
