Re: Final Sanding

I have no experience, being only at the fillet stage of a pair of MC 16.5's. However, have discovered that the temp of boat and epoxy have a major effect on how thick it is. The first boat was like putting on thick honey (in heated garage, about 55-60). Then some research suggested higher temp's ... so second boat, heated it with heat lamps, and the exoxy too ... now it runs like water, rolls on easy too (presuming it's therefore thinner). Oh yeah, the stuff now kicks real fast, a one pump batch is almost too much at a time. Do the hull/glass next week, so more experience coming.
